Bonnie Ward Biggs
I would like to nominate my mother who died on Dec. 3rd, 2001. Mom, Bonnie Biggs, was a student of both Carlos Salzedo & Alice Chalifoux, a member of The Angelaires represented by Columbia Artists of NY in the 50's, and a graduate and faculty member of The Cleveland Institute of Music where she taught music theory and assisted Alice Chalifoux with the CIM Harp Ensemble. Bonnie also composed & arranged harp music and assisted on a recording of Christmas music played by The CIM Harp Ensemble and members of The Cleveland Orchestra. It gives me great pleasure to nominate my mother in memory of her contributions professionally to the harp world. In loving memory, Rob Biggs
